Well, as a alumni of CityU, I truely understand why we need this and I do found this piece of thing useful.
Although this cannot be applied to most universities in Hong Kong (still don't know why there would be a machanism of having 4.3 as the highest GPA...), I would still recommand it to all CityU PPC owners.
